Basic Kegels - Insert The K-Loop with the curve of the loop facing up. (Inserting the loop with the curve facing down may cause discomfort as it will massage the rectum. Basic Kegels primarily work the PC muscle, as recommended by doctors to help prevent incontinence. One to two periods of five minutes per day is recommended.

Additional lubrication (non-petroleum based) may be helpful at first. With regular use your own natural levels of lubrication will increase. Using The K-Loop in this manner to facilitate SUPER AUTOMATIC KEGELS causes vaginal muscles to respond in a peristaltic-like fashion - and works vaginal and other related pelvic floor muscles most efficiently.
